2) Fill in the form and Click “Create Account”
3) We will send you an email that contains a link that you must click to complete the registration process

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Click on that link and follow the instructions
